(There are some places you just have to make time to visit if ever you find yourself in the Federation. Here’s some of my fav places on Saint Kitts. Stay tuned, the Nevis travel guide is loading…)
SAINT KITTS MUSIC FESTIVAL- June 27 to 29
This six-day extravaganza is a highlight of the Caribbean’s summer calendar, drawing crowds eager to groove to the beats of Soca, Calypso, Reggae, Dancehall R&B, and more. Beyond the main stage, festival-goers immerse themselves in across-the-island adventures, from beach parties to boat rides and lunchtime concerts. Saint Kitts becomes a playground for music lovers, transforming every corner into a stage for unforgettable performances and unforgettable memories.
NEVIS MANGO FESTIVAL- July 5 to 7
There aren’t any limits when it comes to what the chefs of Nevis are capable of doing with mango. Sweet or salty, pureed or juiced, diced or mashed—this versatile fruit is the heart of the weekend-long celebration that takes place every year in Nevis.
Chefs from across the island are invited to showcase their new and inventive creations, while a variety of events add an extra level of excitement to the fun. Savoury mango-infused entrees, ingenious cocktails, and decadent desserts are all on the menu. Spend the weekend trying them all, and take a few island-grown mangos with you home as a special souvenir.

SAINT KITTS AND NEVIS RESTAURANT WEEK- July 11 to 21
Savour the island’s finest cuisine, served up by dedicated chefs who use the island’s bounty to their advantage. Each year, a different local ingredient is featured as the centerpiece—think pineapple, pumpkin, plantain or sweet potato. From there, chefs and restaurateurs craft special menus that are exclusive to the event.
The Saint Kitts and Nevis Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to try unique dishes that complement both islands natural abundance, paired with the kind of ingenuity that defines the island’s thriving culinary scene.
Festival events include:
Cook, Sip and Glamp: 7th July

GRILL FEST- July 20
During Grill Fest, St. Kitts’ local grillers put their skills to a test for an afternoon of friendly competition. BBQ chicken, savory pork chops, fresh-off-the-boat lobster, and more are placed on outdoor barbecue grills and served straight away, bringing the community together for a day of joy and unity.
The promise of good food and friendly competition brings everyone together on the Frigate Bay Lawn, but it’s the lively atmosphere and laid-back vibes that makes it such a memorable experience for everyone in the family. Stroll the grounds, sample the authentically Kittitian delicacies grilled up by the island’s masters, and do your best to decide on a favorite by afternoon’s end—the winner will be crowned Grill Master for the year.
