St Kitts Music Festival: Primary Line-up Revealed, Many Left Underwhelmed
The first wave of artistes for the 26th staging of the Saint Kitts Music Festival has finally been revealed.
Event organisers made the announcement via a video that was posted across social media platforms on Friday.
The list was released to mixed reviews. While some people are happy to see many local acts in the lineup, many others are underwhelmed.
Among those scheduled to perform are:

Green House Band featuring Mishka

Event enthusiast wasted no time sharing their reactions to the lineup.
“Well this is a local festival. I don’t mind giving our people a turn but what bringing people to our shores? The Saint Kitts Music Festival is a tourism product to not only fill beds but expose people to our little Federation. Me ain’t see an act yet to excite visitors,” one woman posted.
“This the wackest lineup a ever see in me life,” another posted.
A couple people commented asking if this lineup is a prank.
“This is rather disappointing after waiting all day. I can’t even advertise this list to visitors.”
One man said “I’ll wait on the secondary and tertiary cause the primary is not it.”
The Saint Kitts and Music Festival is in its 26th year and will run from June 22 to 30.
